About Alchemy
Alchemy CoWorking opened its first location in Downtown Gastonia in March 2024, expanded to Charlotte in April 2025, and is set to open its third location at Loray Mill in Gastonia in Summer 2026. This growth is intentional and a part of a 14 location vision to manufacture connections and opportunities throughout the Charlotte Metro. We are building community at each location while building a larger ecosystem that spans and connects the region.

As Alchemy’s 2nd hire, your focus is on connection and growth. You’ll represent Alchemy out in the community, attend events, foster relationships, and identify ways we can support and serve entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals in the Charlotte Region. You’ll help shape the personality of the brand simply by showing up as yourself.
You’re not “selling” — you’re connecting, listening, and creating real value.
what you’ll do
Attend multiple community and networking events each week to represent Alchemy’s brand and culture.
Build authentic relationships that lead to Partnership (membership) growth and create genuine value for prospects.
Identify needs within the community and connect people to both solutions Alchemy offers and others in our network.
Serve as an ambassador of our mission, energy, and people-first approach.
Help cultivate an environment where Partners feel supported, inspired, and excited to come to work.
Contribute ideas, feedback, and creativity as we continue expanding our spaces and offerings.
Support all other team and company objectives including but not limited to marketing, social media, system and software implementation, and facilities management.
